Dr. Curtis Wright
Dr. Wright earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He gained expert experience in dental infections & traumatic injuries at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
Dr. Curtis Wright was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and was raised in nearby Chesapeake Beach before he came to North Carolina in 2007. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. During his time in dental school, Dr. Wright completed a selective clerkship in Oral Surgery, expanding his knowledge and skills in the specialty. He then decided to return to North Carolina to continue his training by completing a hospital residency in General Dentistry at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. During his residency, Dr. Wright gained experience in the emergency management of dental infections and traumatic injuries, as well as the treatment of patients with complex medical histories. He is extremely passionate about dentistry and he continues to further his education through advanced dentistry courses.
During his free time, Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and their two sons. When he can find the time, Dr. Wright loves playing golf, basketball, and hiking.


Dr. Griffin Revell
Dr. Revell attended Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. After dental school, Dr. Revell joined the MOD Institute in Charleston, where he helps train other dentists from around the world in cutting-edge digital dental workflows, with a special emphasis on 3D printing and cosmetics.
Dr. Griffin Revell grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where his own dental challenges as a child fostered a deep understanding for how transformative a confident smile can be. Those early childhood experiences set the tone for everything that followed.
After graduating from Dorman High School, Dr. Revell went to the University of South Carolina, earning his BS in Exercise Science while playing upright bass with the university’s Symphony Orchestra.
He continued his education at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. His participation in research on digital scanning and 3D printing in prosthodontics earned him co-authorships in respected publications like the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and Quintessence International.
After dental school, Dr. Revell joined the MOD Institute in Charleston, where he helps train other dentists from around the world in cutting-edge digital dental workflows, with a special emphasis on 3D printing and cosmetics.
Dr. Revell lives in Charlotte with his Australian Shepherd. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him behind a camera, at the gym, or spending time with friends and family.


Dr. Chase Wilder
Dr. Chase Wilder is a passionate and skilled dentist serving the Huntersville and Charlotte area. A graduate of The Ohio State University with advanced training in general dentistry, he combines technical precision with an artistic touch to create healthy, confident smiles. With experience providing compassionate care in underserved communities, Dr. Wilder is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family and embracing all that North Carolina has to offer.
Dr. Chase Wilder is an energetic and passionate dental care provider serving the Huntersville and Charlotte area. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Wilder earned his undergraduate and dental degree at The Ohio State University—where he became a lifelong Buckeye football fan.
Before relocating to North Carolina, Dr. Wilder completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) and practiced for 2 years in Washington State, providing comprehensive care in an underserved community. There, he developed a deep passion for helping patients get out of pain, restore their confidence, and achieve their long-term dental goals.
With a background in engineering, Dr. Wilder loves the design and problem-solving aspects of dentistry—from the fine details of restorative work to the artistry of creating beautiful, natural smiles.
Outside the office, Dr. Wilder and his family are avid outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, climbing, running, and kayaking. They’re thrilled to call North Carolina home and look forward to continuing to serve their community with compassion, skill, and care.

Do I have to have an emergency to visit?
Not at all. Charlotte Emergency Dental offers comprehensive dental care for both urgent concerns and everyday needs, including implants, dentures, crowns, and fillings.
How can I pay for my treatment?
We have a variety of payment plans available to help make your treatment as affordable as possible.
Do you perform oral surgery?
Can I have a tooth extracted on my first consultation?
At Charlotte Emergency Dental, it is our mission to provide same day treatment whenever possible. There are certain situations in which delayed treatment or referral may be necessary.
Do you accept insurance?
While we are not in-network with dental insurance, our team provides all the required documentation to help patients maximize their insurance reimbursement.
